Rules and safety

What Adult Canvas is, what isn't allowed and how we enforce it, in plain words. The binding text is our Terms of use.

Adults only

  • Adult Canvas contains sexually explicit content and is only for adults. You must be at least 18, and old enough to view adult content where you live.
  • Before you see any photo, the site asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older.
  • If you tell a character you are under 18, the chat is locked straight away.

Everything here is AI

  • Every character is a fictional adult, 18 or older, created with AI. Her messages, voice notes, photos and videos are made by AI, and no person writes her replies.
  • Nothing here shows or describes a real person. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

No real people

  • You can't upload photos, so nobody's real photo can get into a chat.
  • A video can only be made from a photo the character sent you in the chat.
  • Characters won't play, imitate or show a real, named person.

What isn't allowed

You may not ask a character for, or steer a chat toward:

  • minors, or anyone who seems under 18, in any sexual or romantic way, including age play;
  • a real or named person;
  • sex without consent, incest, bestiality or extreme violence;
  • anything illegal, or meant to harass, threaten or deceive someone.
  • You also may not abuse the service, for example with bots or by trying to get around limits, payments or safety checks.

How we enforce it

  • Every photo and video request is checked against these rules before it is made and before any credits are used. Requests that break them are refused.
  • A chat that breaks the rules on minors, or where you say you are under 18, is locked: she stops replying and only a warning is shown. Its recent messages are kept for review.
  • We may close accounts that break these rules.

Fair payment

  • You see the price of everything before you pay. Credits come in one-time packs: no subscription, nothing renews by itself, and credits never expire.
  • If a reply, photo, voice note or video can't be made, its credits go back to your account automatically. A purchase can be refunded within 14 days if its credits haven't been used; see Refunds.
  • You pay with Telegram Stars or with crypto (USDT on BNB Smart Chain). With Stars your bank or app store statement shows Telegram, Apple or Google, not Adult Canvas; with crypto nothing from Adult Canvas appears on your bank statement.

Your privacy

  • Other users never see your chats. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
  • Photos, voice notes and videos made for you are removed from the chat after 24 hours. Some AI photos and videos may be kept in a character's library and sent to other users; they contain nothing about you.
  • You can delete any chat, or your whole account, at any time. Details: Privacy.

Report a problem

  • If you see something you think breaks these rules, or anything that looks like a real person, write to [email protected]. Tell us the date, the character and what you saw.
  • We read every report and remove what breaks the rules.
  • For anything else: Contact.
