Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Adult Canvas service (the "Service") provided by Uncensored, LLC ("we"), a company organized in the United States. By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you chat with AI characters. The characters reply with text and can also send AI-generated photos and voice notes. Some photos and voice notes arrive locked and can be unlocked with credits, and a photo you have unlocked can be turned into a short video with credits. The Service also shows a gallery of AI-generated images and videos. You can't upload your own photos. Some features may not be available in every language.

2. AI-generated, fictional content

All characters are fictional adults created with AI. Their messages, voice notes, photos and videos, and every image and video in the gallery, are generated by AI. None of it shows or describes a real person, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
The characters' replies are written by AI, not by a person. They may be inaccurate or not make sense, and they are not advice of any kind.
Some photos a character sends come from a library of her AI-generated photos that we have checked for quality. Such a photo may also be sent to other users, but your account never gets the same one twice. Unlocking it costs the same as any other photo.
Results are generated by AI and may not always be perfect.

3. Who can use it

The Service contains sexually explicit content and is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content under the laws of the place where you live.
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what is done with your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, or try to make a character take part in, anything that:

involves minors or anyone who seems under 18 in any sexual or romantic way, including asking a character to be, act, look or be described as under 18, and any form of age play;
involves a real person, such as asking a character to be, imitate or show a real, named person;
shows or describes sex without consent, incest, bestiality or extreme violence;
is unlawful, or is meant to harass, threaten or deceive anyone.

You also may not abuse the Service: for example, use bots or other automated access, try to get around limits, payments or safety measures, or disrupt the Service. We may block messages and refuse requests that break these rules. You are responsible for how you use and share content you get from the Service.

5. Credits and payment

Credits are a digital service. You use them to send messages, unlock photos and voice notes and turn photos into videos. The credit price of each feature is shown on the site. Credits never expire.
Credits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or resold.
Some features may be free within limits we set. We may change or end free use at any time.
If a reply, photo, voice note or video can't be created for a technical reason, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically.
Payments with Telegram Stars are made in the Telegram app and are also subject to Telegram's terms. For a problem with a Stars payment, send /paysupport to our bot in Telegram (the bot that sent you the invoice) or write to us through the contact page. Telegram's own support can't help with purchases made through our bot.
Where offered, you can also pay with USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), sent directly to our wallet. Send exactly the amount shown at checkout, on that network. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed. If less than the amount shown reaches us (for example because a fee was taken from it), you may get fewer credits, based on what we received. A payment we can't match to your order is credited after a manual check if you contact us.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund of a purchase within 14 days if its credits haven't been used, meaning your balance still holds at least as many credits as that purchase gave you, bonus included. A refund covers the whole payment and removes those credits from your account. Purchases older than 14 days, or whose credits have been used, are not refunded. If a reply, photo, voice note or video can't be created for a technical reason, the credits used for it are returned automatically. To ask for a refund, or if you paid but didn't get your credits, send /paysupport to our bot in Telegram or use the contact page. See the Refunds page for details.

7. Account termination

Accounts that break these terms may be closed without notice. Credits in accounts closed for breaking the rules are lost and not refunded.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may change the Service, for example by adding or removing characters or features, and we may update these terms. We will announce important changes to these terms on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
